These fit much more neatly than the better known Comfort Fit from Depend, which is reliable but can sometimes be uncomfortable from too tight elastic around the legs and is more lumpy under tighter clothes (like others, I mourn the demise of the excellent Active Fit, which looked like ordinary knickers). This version is snug, discreet and comfortable against the skin, which is good for morale, fitting the smaller frame well. They have very good absorbency, although I would not trust them for overnight when the disabled person is less able to get to a loo in time to avoid Niagara Falls. It depends on the individual's level of need, of course. For many these pants would more than adequately do the job, and with a slimmer profile than many offerings. I would particularly commend them to those like me who have had to look for an alternative to a well-known brand which has recently changed sometbing in production or supply which makes their offerings unreliable. When you need protection through disability or injury, age-related conditions, post-partum or during a period, the one thing you must have is reliability. Depend's products are dependable, provided you get the one that is designed for your level of need. I shall certainly be repurchasing.

These are very nice quality, and almost pretty considering what theya re. My mom has mild dementia and some health issues where she has accidents. She really likes these, and we have them coming in a subscription for the savings in bulk. She worries about accidents and can wear them all day like undies, without feeling like she has adult diapers. I would definitely recommend and one day if I need them for myself would wear them!

I bought these for my postpartum after having my daughter. I thought to get the largest package I could find. I truly used over half the box. They were very comfortable compared to the options the hospital provides you. They definitely held quite a bit.
