The Last of the Mohicans

Great copy of original comic book. Brings back memories, glad I bought it.

You really do get the original no holds barred plot with this and many other "classic Illustrated". I have never read the book but seen the many films of course, and reading this was quite an eye opener. Lots of text and questions at the end. Very readable, and at the same time - educational.

As with all Classics Illustrated, a fun way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon for adults re-living their youth and an excellent way to introduce children to the classics of modern literature.

This is an excellent version of the old Classics Illustrated version of "The Last of the Mohicans." Heavy shiny paper with bright colors. Book bound, not saddle stitch like the cheap paper original, which I have. This one is a gift for grandson. I learned the history of western literature by reading Classics Illustrated as a kid. Now the current kids can do the same. Then they were 25 cents, worth $2.52 now but price is $10 so maybe not so many to buy:)

A great story told well as a classic comic. Really brings the story to life. The movie version with Wes Studi is a must see if you are a fan of this story.
