Great support for many different knee problems, very comfortable and you can wear it all day if needed due to the well ventilated fabric. You don’t have to worry about rashes that you can get after extended use of neoprene supports.

I have ordered two for my mother age 94 and they are incredible. It stabilises her knee and she can take on and off by herself. Her independence has increased as fear of knee giving out gone

Made poorly, I wore it 4 times and the rigid side support started ripping through the fabric

use it everyday at work and at home, keeps my knee more stable ,post surgery.

Small backstory: I occasionally have pain in both my knees its random, but usually occurs during cold weather or long periods standing physical activity. Most of my symptoms fall closely related to jumpers knee as well. I've taken a break from wearing my knee sleeves because my physical activity has decrease dramatically and the occasional pain decreased with it. Injury: I haven't been to the gym for half a year, but I started playing basketball again, because adult league is in season. I recently suffered a minor injury to my left knee while playing basketball. I sprained my MCL during a latteral shuffle. When it had happened it was a sharp pain, but I massaged my knee a little and continued playing. During the same night, before bed it started hurting like crazy, felt like, if were to sleep on my side, gravity kind of took my knee out of the socket I slept with one of my older braces which helped a bit. Next day told my friends about what happened and they recommended me this product; it is the same brand a few of them are currently using who have occurring and non-reoccurring knee problems. Why not, I brought one left knee. Review?: Following the sizing chart, the knee sleeve fits perfectly. It was a little tough to put on as the sleeve it much longer than the ones I already have. At this point, the knee was still a bit irritated from my injury; this was after 4 days have passed with some R.I.C.E involved. I put the sleeve on and instantly I felt a lot more stability on my left leg. I took my dog for a walk and did some light jogging towards the end the walk. Small irritation, but a big difference from when I had it off. 3 days later for our next game I wore to play. I didn't play much, probably like a good 7-8 minutes total at almost my usual pace. Other than the small restrictions it has on your movement, it is definitely a game changer, without this sleeve, I probably would not feel comfortable playing that game. The restrictions it has as compared to my other sleeves is a bit more intense, but the security it provides is dramatically greater. Overall, I definitely recommend this product if you're looking for a knee sleeve to keep you off the bed and maintain close to your regular physical activity. There are different versions of the GenuTrain, so read the description that best fits your knee support needs. I just bought another one for my right, because I just love the support it gives overall; just until I get back into shape. Having to rely on knee braces should be avoided.
