Balanced Zinc + Copper in One Clean Formula
Title: Balanced Zinc + Copper in One Clean Formula Review: I’ve been looking for a zinc supplement that also includes copper, since these two minerals work closely together and can become imbalanced if taken separately. I chose this after running a mineral test and learning I could benefit from additional support in both areas. I appreciate that this formula provides zinc along with copper in a balanced ratio, which makes it much more convenient than having to manage two separate supplements. Since adding this to my routine, I’ve personally noticed improvements in my overall energy and how I feel day-to-day. Another big plus for me is that EquiLife products are third-party tested and made with clean, high-quality ingredients. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m using a supplement from a brand that prioritizes purity and transparency. Overall, this has been an easy addition to my daily routine and a great option for anyone looking for a well-formulated zinc supplement that also considers mineral balance.

Credible supplement vendor but users don’t have access to purity/potency actual test results
Given that supplements aren’t regulated by the FDA, and that there are plenty of cases where supplement manufacturers have delivered products that lack potency and/or show signs of contamination, the first priority for any supplement that I consider using is to investigate the vendor and the production process. Reaching out to Equilife, here is what I found: Their zinc supplement is manufactured in the USA. Location of production can have a lot to do with supplement purity and potency since quality control regulations vary by country. The US is generally a more trustworthy supplement manufacturing site than the huge supplement manufacturing operations in China and India (with some notable exceptions). Equilife’s manufacturing process is cGMP certified. CGMP certification, or "current Good Manufacturing Practice" certification, ensures that manufacturers comply with regulations that guarantee the quality and safety of their products. Some supplement manufacturers comply to GMP but not to cGMP standards. CGMP is more strict than GMP and aligns more completely to current best practices in quality control. Equilife does third party testing for potency, purity and multiple types of contamination. They publish on their website a summary “Certificate of Analysis” (COA) for this zinc supplement—please see a copy attached here. They do NOT make available to users their actual batch testing results, nor any details on their third party process. The vendor as a naturopath formulates their zinc/copper/vitamins C and B6 supplement intentionally, but does not share why the B6 level is significantly higher than a normal recommended daily value. This may be a concern since too much B6 can have some negative health effects. All in all, based on the above details, there is little doubt that Equilife is a credible manufacturer and I would have no major concerns in using their products. However, it would go even further in terms of trust if Equilife made available to users its actual third party batch testing results for purity, potency and lack of contamination. Some supplement manufacturers attach a QR code to their supplement packaging. Click on the code and the test results for the manufacturing batch of that supplement is populated. Simple, convenient and invaluable. In my view, it is now fairly easy for supplement manufacturers to share purity and potency test results with users. The best supplement providers should move to this higher level of transparency and credibility by providing this information.

Nice, not so sure if this is a good value
Good product, just a little pricey. I tried this because a different product that I like to use seems to be unavailable at this time.

Solid, not the Most premium
This is a great supplement because most people only supplement with zinc without copper creating a nutrient imbalance and causing issues. This supplement solves that. There are more premium options from other brands at this price point, but you cant go wrong with this id say
