Glasspak Bino Harness

I do a lot of field work hiking many miles a day and carrying a lot of different equipment. This harness has been great for me to keep misc. items (Maps, Pliers, tape, water, radio, gps, etc.) Build quality seems great, I imagine the tension strap will be the first thing to go, but it doesn't feel like that'll happen any time soon. This harness doesn't put really any weight on my shoulders, the chest straps can make it difficult to get a full breath if it's too tight, but that's an easy fix, just loosen it a bit. It also fits very well under my 70L backpacking bag with zero chafing or pinching, I don't even notice the straps on this at all. Overall a nice piece of kit that I will more than likely be purchasing again when this one gets worn out. 30 bucks seems like a steal for the quality.

I got this for my boyfriend who shoots bows. He wanted something for his range finder and binoculars. He did say it is a little bulky but he still loves it and says it works well when he is shooting (as in its not in the way) he wears it just about every time he uses his bow. He says its comfortable and durable. He wishes it had a few places he could clip things on like the side so he could clip things like gloves to but other than that he likes it. It was easy to use and the straps so far are good quality. He has had no issues with it.

For the money this harness is very good. It is not quite as comfortable as some expensive harnesses I've tried. The straps are a little narrower and less padded. However, for caring just binos it works great. I've used it on several hunts with no complaints.

Great fit. Conveniently located for quick access. Extra pockets are a plus.

Another great value from Vortex!

I liked the price of this harness. Works good. I am 6'4" 250lbs and it fits me with a coat on. The pouch is kind of tight for the Diamondback binos (10x50) but still works. Used it hunting this year. Better than binos flopping all over the place while walking and keeps snow/dirt out also.

The pouch fits the Vortex Razor UHD 8x42 binocs, but I wouldn't go larger than that. The closing elastic works, but due to how the catch hook is sewn in, its not a one handed job. I needed to hold the hook and then stretch the elastic over it. The stretch was large, so I have doubts about the longevity of it. I wasn't too fond on the quality of the straps themselves. Thin straps and the buckles didn't have the feel they'd last too long. However, I ultimately decided to return the pouch because the chest straps weren't large enough. Fine with a T-shirt, but if I layered up with a coat, they wouldn't fit or be comfortable. Don't see an "extension" option, so back the pouch went. At the cost, the pouch is fine if you're a smaller person, just don't have hopes of it lasting that long.

Buen producto

Good adjustments. Fits our binoculars pretty well. My wife uses it for checking out what is happening on the lake, checking on where the good fishing holes are. A bit of wildlife watching.
