What am i doing wrong? i have the 48x14 pan with the h. flame is very weak and low and blows out very easily.

No, because ansi certificate should be a full set of burning system. But we can assure all of our products are made of by CSA standard.

Is there a lid for this ?

If you are asking does it come with a lid, no it does not. I bought the 36" pan and found a lid elsewhere. I can't find the link right now, but searching on google, I found one. Figure around $180+ for that stainless steel lid, but it is worth it.

Dose the propane line come with it?

I did the round pan with a star burner. No hose or propane line is included it is the pan, burner and connection for propane hose and tank to connect with.
