excellent quality but would have preffered a wider mouth

This was the size ,i wanted, very happy to get it, it came in a nice packaging , and looks very hardy. Hope i can use it in my microwave oven . But this tym Amazon charged more than the previous amount. Hiked within few days !!!!!!

This Product has Excellent Quality but it's 500 ml capacity as opposed to what says on the website or even the product box. I've measured it and to my surprise found it to be of greater capacity. :)

Good product

I’ve been using this product for 2 years without any issues, but recently it exploded unexpectedly, causing serious injuries to my brother. It had been sitting unused on a table for two weeks — not hot, not cold, just at room temperature. When my brother picked it up to wash it, the moment water touched it, it suddenly exploded. As a result, he had to get 12 stitches — 6 on his hands, 3 on his left leg, and 3 on his right leg. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. We trusted this product, and now my brother is hurt. Something needs to be done.

Please replace it.

I received it broken!

Have received the product completely broken into pieces.. cheap quality and packaging.
