Not good
If you are planning to gift it to a school/college going kid then it's a fantastic product. But wouldn't suggest it for adults as it doesn't score high. Major drawback is that it doesn't have a laptop pouch which is a necessity in every bag nowadays. Also the small compartment at the end is not too deep. I can't even put my phone in it.

Upper handle cut off on the second use
I bought this bag less than 2 weeks ago, the upper handle was cut off on the second use, and the bag had gym stuff (towel, gloves, and a water bottle). The bag overall is good, it does the purpose, but I am worried about the quality. Unfortunately, Amazon says that I cannot return it anymore, and I would definitely need a replacement or a refund.

Great backpack
We actually bought this AGAIN to replace the one our son (now 13) had. He had the previous one for about 2 years and the ONLY reason he wanted a newer one was because our new kitten sprayed his scent on it and we couldn't get rid of the smell. 😅 The backpack is very durable, not easily torn, so it's very sturdy (he used it for school and soccer practice), and will last a long time. It fit all of his books and school materials, along with his cleats for soccer and soccer ball. He also found it very comfortable. He's very happy to have the newer one and is looking forward to the next 2+ years with it.

Great bag for daily gym workout needs.
Nice bag, with lots of space and pocket options. Fits my need for gym, where I carry lots of extra staff (bands, bandages, gloves, 2 bottles, 2 towels, sneakers, flipflops, cosmetic pouch etc). Looks cool, durable quality.

great backpack
Has held up well for over a year with no issues. pre-pandemic, used 2-3x a week for indoor and futsal games, holding ball, cleats, pumps, socks, tape, phone, water bottle, keys, etc. Only had one small tear of a drawstring on one side that didn't affect the pocket holding the ball securely. It would be great if it had a laptop sleeve as I like using this backpack as a general use / travel backpack as well. Also get compliments on this bag, and my teammate saw it and bought the same one. Would recommend this bag and would buy again.
