Size - ok - i measure 16" - should i get a medium? or large?

I got the large. Leg, shoulder or knee. You put your arm through, leg through or drape it on my shoulder!

Directions say to place in its chill bag then place in the freezer. Mine didn’t come with a chill bag, just the sleeve. ???

The sleeve I recieved was packed in a clear zip locked bag. That is the bag I use. It keeps the sleeve from getting frosty and wet. Any zip lock bag would probably work just as well.
