One of the best pecorino romano's
First Locatelli pecorino romano is one of my favorites. It arrived quickly surrounded by cooling blocks that were frozen as though the just came out of the freezer. Very good cheese. Quality and taste reminds of the cheese I purchased at the Italian market years ago including the brown / white wrapper. If you like romano this is it.

Fantastic Grating Cheese
After wasting lots of money at the grocery store on flavorless garbage grating cheese, I decided to buck up and get the Real Deal......sheeps milk Locatelli my Sicillian father always brought home. The difference is night and day. The value is actually good because it's SO flavor packed, you only need a small amount on your food instead of half a pound like you need with the grocery store garbage. Well worth the price, coming from the lips of a person who loves to save money. Ahem. Buy this glorious cheese, you'll never look back. I promise.

Tasty, fresh and right texture
I used to buy the Kirkland Costco brand but it was always so wet. This cheese is perfect; it grates without gumming up. Very flavorful and fresh! It's worth the extra cost!
