I have now been using this consistently for 2 years and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made, I can turn it off easily with my phone and adjust the color. I love it, so worth the value. The quality is amazing and it produces great light and it hasn’t changed in the past two years.

I like the colors of this lamp, good for any time and any mood of the day. I use it mainly when I go to sleep. But this brings up the only downside of this lamp. When I use my TV remote to turn on my TV, it also turns on the lamp (in the annoying flashing lights mode which is default). So then I have to find the lamp remote to turn it off before I can even go back to the TV. I’ve tried moving it to different spots in my room, but it still behaves the same way. I don’t know if there’s a fix to this, I haven’t checked the reviews yet to see if anyone else deals with this. Other than that, it’s decent! I would still recommend *a* sunset lamp to anyone, brand doesn’t matter.

Ok, have to change my review 😔 after a couple of weeks, my lamp stopped turning. This works great as a night light or table topper to give ambience to a small room. I like to use it in my massage treatment room. Just realize that it is not designed to affect a large room, and also you need to either charge it a while or leave it plugged in.

I really want this thing to work properly, but it's just so poorly designed. The remote receiver is on the very front of the light. I have to point the remote directly at the front of the bulb, right up against it, to get it to respond. I hoped it was just low batteries in the remotes, so I ordered replacement batteries (for which I have no other use). It still doesn't work, with either remote provided. What a design flaw. The whole purpose is to point this at a wall or ceiling and enjoy its reflection; it should respond to the remote pointed at it from any direction other than between the light and the wall. It's very annoying to use. Even when it does respond, only a few buttons work. You don't get the range of colors implied by the buttons on the remote.
