No it does not. ALT and AST are liver enzymes that can only be detected with a blood test.
Urine strips cannot detect ALT and AST.

These urine test strips are very convenient and easy to use. The results need to be read fairly quickly, and I found a few of the color changes a little difficult to distinguish. It would also be even better if the strips included a BLO test.
