Waterdrop TSB 8 Layer Under Sink Water Filter, Reduces PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, Fluoride, Chlorine, Bad Taste & Odor, with Dedicated Faucet, NSF/ANSI 42 Certified Element, Under Sink Water Filtration System

After reading about several under sink kitchen water filter systems, I decided to get the WATERDROP 3 stage filter. I considered three factors: levels of filtering, cost a year to maintain the system (cost of filters), and the easiness to install. I just like the 8 stage deep filtration system. It filters all the elements most common in city water and makes the water taste great. The maintenance cost is about average for most filters — about $100 a year — so this was not an issue to me. I could had gone for another system to save me 20 dollars a year but I just felt the quality for this water filtration system was superior. Installation was very easy. The system came with all the parts needed. The installation video in Amazon was very clear and helpful, and after viewing it about three times, it only took me about 15 minutes to install it (never installed a water filter before). After the system was installed, I let the faucet of water filtered run for about 10 minutes and checked for leaks — no leaks. Then, I made a taste comparison test between the water straight from the faucet and the water from the filter. The water from the filter was so crisp, clear and very tasty. (I had filters before, so I know what clean water should taste like). Now I can make a cup of my expensive coffee and enjoy the flavor! But to me the most important issue is that I no longer have to carry those 40-bottled packages of water from the car to the house. Very satisfied with the WATERDROP 3 STAGE FILTER.

I purchased this item to replace a unit that I've had for over 3 years, specifically, because it was rated to remove fluoride from my water. I was happy with my existing unit except for this one exception so I went ahead and purchased the Waterdrop unit. It was very easy to install and work perfectly for about 3 months. Then I experienced a slight rumbling noise and the water quit flowing. I immediately emailed the Waterdrop customer service and got a very quick response from Andrew, who was great to work with and very responsive and professional. After explaining the details of what happened, he walked me through a couple of troubleshooting procedures to see if we could get the unit working or figure out what was wrong. When none of these steps worked, he sent me a brand new unit to replace the defect of one, and a postage paid return shipping box for the old unit. It arrived very quickly and I had it up and running again in no time. It is rare these days to find that type of customer service with a manufacturer. I have already recommended this unit to many of family members who have the same issue with fluoride being added to municipal water. The water quality (per my water testing kit) I get is as good or better than the unit that I was happy with over 3 years that it replaced, but with no detectable fluoride. I highly recommend this unit and the Waterdrop company for any of the products they produce considering the service they provide..

I’ve been using this Waterdrop under-sink filter for a while now, and it’s still working great! The water tastes clean and fresh, and the pressure hasn’t changed at all. Installation was simple, and the system looks neat under the sink. The filters last a long time, and replacement is easy. I’m very happy with the performance and reliability — totally worth it!

Very satisfied with this purchase. Very easy to install and a very good price. I'm happy with the taste of the water, so I'm not going to have to buy water bottles like I used to. Also since it's wall mounted, it takes up very little space under the sink.

Before I decided to purchase this filter system I researched on the internet "the best" system available. Just don't believe the hype in their advertising. Regardless of NSF 42, 53, or 373, etc rating advertised you need to be able to download their test results to see what specifically the filter is rated to remove. Even rated NSF 53 filters can be rated to remove only a few elements and not all elements under NSF 53. Many filter systems use other testing bodies to test at NSF specs but not tested by NSF itself. I was able to view several NSF tested filters, and realized that several filter brands were using similar filters manufactured by the filter company. Anyway without spending too much money on a system that promises the best filtration I opted to buy this Waterdrop system with 3 stage filter. Most filters are good for reducing chlorine, sediment, and bad taste, and not much else unless actually tested. I figured for the money this is better than our Brita pitcher filter, and it comes with a dedicated faucet. Water looks much clearer, tastes better and smells better. So essentially I have a presumed better than Brita filter, and hope any one of Waterdrop's claims are true. I did not opt for the RO system which can remove/reduce more contaminants, but also reduces minerals in the water and requires waste water to drain into the sink drain. I am worried about reverse contamination of sink drain water into the RO system. Attached is a picture of Waterdrop's NSF testing which covers only some of the filters, but none of mine.

We love this water filter system. The water comes out tasting as good as the best bottled water. Nice that the filtered water has its own faucet so if you want to use non filtered water you have that option. Not super easy to install only because you are laying on your back under the sink in a tight space. I definitely recommend it.

Update: customer service was quick to make things right. Very happy with the filter performance. This was easy to install and I would rate it higher but the supplied shutoff valve was missing a seal in the 1/2" threaded nut. Also, the threads were not formed correctly. The nut did not fit 1/2" NPT thread. I couldn't find a fitting at the plumbing supply to fit the threads. I had to supply my own valve to complete the installation. The water quality based on taste and smell is very good.

Ich habe den Waterdrop WD-TSB Wasserfilter ,mit dediziertem Wasserhahn seit 10 Februar 2025 in Benutzung. Der Einbau war recht einfach und auch der Einbau des T-Stücks war kein Problem.Ich musste für den Wasserhahn ein Loch in die Edelstahl Spüle bohren, was ebenfalls kein Problem darstellte. Ich bin mit der gefilterten Wasserqualität sehr zufrieden. Ich habe bis Dato noch keine Tests gemacht aber wenn ich das Trinkwasser auf verschieden Werte hin untersucht habe ändere ich dieses Review nochmal. Der Geschmack das Wassers hat sich deutlich verbessert, es ist viel weicher und hat einen sehr frischen Geschmack, was vorher ungefiltert nicht der Fall war. Wer die Sankt Leonhards Heilwässer kennt kann sich das in etwas vorstellen, das gefilterte Wasser schmeckt ähnlich, weicher, runder und einfach leckerer. Das ganze System ist recht einfach gehalten, funktioniert aber perfekt. Die 3 Filter benötigen bei mir für einen Liter Wasser 16,4 Sekunden, durch den normalen Kaltwasserhahn ungefiltert 6,3 Sekunden. Ich finde den Preis für das Gesamtsystem mit den 3 Filtern angemessen und auch der Preis für die Ersatzfilter ist Ok, wenn man bedenkt das man mit dem PP Filter(29,90€) bis zu 6 Monate, mit dem GC(29,90€) Filter bis zu 12 Monate und dem CT Filter(39,90€) bis zu 18 Monaten auskommt. Mir war ein richtiges Umkehr Osmose System momentan zu teuer und nach Recherchen, fand ich den bis Dato benutzen Brita Tisch Kannenfilter in der Filterleistung, für mich , nicht ausreichend. Wer auf seine Gesundheit achten möchte und wem eine Umkehr Osmose Anlage zu teuer ist, ist mit dem Waterdrop TSA/TSB 3fach Filter System wirklich gut beraten.

En principio bastante bien, instalación sencilla, tamaño adecuado para poco espacio y producción de agua con caudal aceptable y sabor del agua similar al de una ósmosis.

Il prodotto si presenta bene, nella confezione c’è il necessario per il montaggio e le istruzioni sono chiare. Lo uso da qualche giorno e l’acqua filtrata ha effettivamente un sapore migliore. Devo però ammettere che l’ho acquistato scegliendo tra vari brand sconosciuti optando per questo grazie al marchio. Infatti volevo un prodotto di qualità e con un brand noto alle spalle. Non si tratta però del noto Waterdrop famoso per i micro drink ma di un omonimo e l’ho notato quando ho ricevuto il pacco e il mittente era un’azienda cinese.
