Quality of construction! Well built
I use this for fish, roasted potatoes, transfer items to another pan. Love the flexability of the metal and the style of it makes it easy to handle any foods without tearing them apart. Keeps the integrety of the food. Handle is strong and well build..best handle on the market. Construction of the flexable metal part with the handle is strong. It will not break! Simply the best fish spatula!
I love this spatula. I have been using it for a few years, but it belonged to my son, who now moved out of the house and took the spatula with him (he loves it too!). So, without hesitation or delay, I ordered a replacement. It is exactly the same one I have been using for years, so I know it well. It works perfectly and is super easy to clean with or without a dishwasher. It has just the perfect amount of spring to it an the size and shape are also just right. Simple item, but what a joy when it's just right!

Richtig starkes Teil. Dünn, flexibel und gleichzeitig stabil genug, um auch empfindliche Sachen wie Fisch oder Spiegeleier sauber zu wenden. Man merkt direkt, dass das eher Profi-Qualität ist und nicht so ein billiger Standard-Spatel. Liegt gut in der Hand und macht genau das, was er soll. Seitdem ich den habe, benutze ich meine alten Spatel kaum noch. PS: perfekte länge für eine 28cm Pfanne, würde sagen für alles darunter evtl. schon zu lang
