Perfect tool for my needs which are to 'lightly' secure lock nuts (1½"). This tool is aluminium and short handled. Ideal for light work like this.This is not for a pipe fitter nor was it meant to be. Big nut....needs to be snug or broken loose but tighter than 'hand tight' it's perfect. Thereis a reason for that short handle.

I have not purchased wrench but I'm 15+ Year paid journeyman mechanic and have used tools my entire life as a young boy. You need to know what tool for what job. This is a large mouth aluminum adjustable wrench. This is not for tractors or heavy work. It is for large loose brass fittings or large "loose" pvc fittings- or similar to that. This is not for you're heavy duty farm hydraulic lines. If you're familiar with "an wrenches" you will understand what this wrench is for-
