Perfect for Drunken Noodles
Love these. Hard to find large flat rice noodles in my area. Always try to buy multiple packs since they sell out so quickly. I prefer the XL noodles over the other sizes for my drunken noodles dish. Unfortunately the rate of consumption outpaces the purchase rate and availability. Will be stocking up on my next purchase.

These are ready for broth in four minutes Five minutes at the most!
These are excellent noodles for and panfrying. "Do not over cook" or they will fall apart into flakes as soon as you stir them. place them in boiling and not lift the lid wait a solid five minutes then rinse with cold water.
