Kastar Battery Replacement for Panasonic DMW-BLB13 DMW-BLB13E DMW-BLB13PP Battery, Panasonic DE-A49 Charger and Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1 DMC-G2 DMC-G10 DMC-G10K DMC-GF1 DMC-GH1 Camera

We bought this battery for my wife’s LUMIX GF1. It would not charge so we sent it back. The replacement worked for a few charges, but now it will only charge halfway and no more. Don’t waste your money on this battery.

Bought this for my son's GH-1 which I passed down to him. The battery works just fine, but it doesn't fit correctly. It goes in fine, but is a real bear to get out of the camera again. Seems to work otherwise, but I do worry about it getting jammed in there.

I was a tad nervous when I ordered this because I read reviews saying some non-OEM batteries don't work in the Panasonic DMC-G2K (the camera gives the message "This battery cannot be used"). But fear not - this battery works just like the original in my G2 (w/ body firmware 1.1). Don't know if it will last as long, but at 1/4 the price of the OEM, I couldn't resist.

I don't actually think this was actually new, it holds about the same charge as the one I was replacing.

Product was ordered to replace OEM battery in Lumix DMC-GF1 and DMW-BLB313PP. While product fit the OEM charger, it failed to charge or be recognized by the camera or charger station. useless.

Battery looks identical to the original battery for my Panasonic DMC-GH1, and fits the charger/camera. Although once inside the camera, the camera won't turn on even though it's been charged.

Apparently the Panasonic DMC-G2 has very rigid requirements built in and a replacement battery must meet these requirements or the battery will not work. This battery works well with my G2 and seems to last just as long as my original battey.

Battery is fully functional as a spare. Switchout is mostly transparent to camera which should be powered off when battery gets low.
