I am suffering from a trapped nerve in my shoulder with the pain running down the length of my arm and into my hand. My GP won't give me anything to ease the 24/7 suffering so I have been looking for alternatives to creams and off the shelf painkillers. I wanted to try a reasonably priced massaging tool and this one seemed a good first choice. So far I have found the machine has helped ease the pain and the shape allows be to not only treat my shoulder but also is ideal for running down my arm. I like that it is cordless and is rechargeable. The handle is a good length allowing you to reach any part of your back with ease. I find it easy to use and effective. I also like to use it in conjunction with creams and gels as it helps to massage them in especially on the heat setting. I like that it has a range of speeds and pulse settings and that there are a number of easily changeable attachments. So far I am happy with my purchase especially at the price point. It has a great warranty period, and customer services are very helpful and responsive.

It's a great stuff for me personally I love it, it does the job, especially when you're alone and you have a back pain there's no one around to give you a massage that's the time it's needed most. I will highly recommend it to anyone, it's a must have.

The only problem i had with this item, was the heavy weight.

This device is very well made. Does exactly what it should and is helping my wife with her fybromyalgia. The customer service is second to none. In fact I cannot recommend them more highly. Great product, great service, great price. How often can you say that?

My wife bought me this massager as a birthday gift because i always suffer from rhomboid pain due to exercises. I guess she grew tired of constantly rubbing my back. This piece arrived well packaged with its charger and 3 pairs of detachable massage heads. It is quite powerful when it functions, with 3 intensity modes and a heat function for deep muscle massage. If you exercise or work a strenuous job, this item will do away with any muscles aches and pain. I rate this product 100% effective!!! Feel free to purchase as it also comes with a full warranty.

Terrible and no pressure and not good for deep muscle. A massage gun would be a better buy than this - not as advertised!!

A really great product. Reduces my need for professional treatment so is really saving both myself and my partner money. The settings have a nice variety. The heat function is not exactly the Saharan temperatures but this wasn't the USP for me to purchase the Snailax. Thank you!!

The electrical charging cable included in the packaging was just for UK outlets, not for Germany. Do not order this product in the EU. After a full charge the battery lasts only 15 minutes which is disappointing.
