October 06, 2021 Dear Friends, When I received this TV item, via courier (Amazon); It was quite an extraordinary (my 8yo Panansonic died). This product is strange. Great pictures, but no sound. Most odd. Indeed. After some basic physics, I found a way to listen/view the apparatus consolidating the right to the software/firmware issues. Namely, start with the basics. Firstly, you need to connect the optical feed to the TV. If you have one. Otherwise, everything will not work. Just a note for potential buyers. The picture and sound is excellent, but, take care on the odd-purchase. I would say, some software issues need to be resolved. That is all. Take care - Stay Safe ... The TV is an excellent choice. The sound and picture quality is just out of this world. When connected with my indoor aerial in my room, it transmitted 150+ channels. I would recommend the tv for anyone as it is value for money.

Great picture and sound. Find the FreeView Play navigation a bit laggy, but overall good value for money
