Can this be used as coffee creamer?

Absolutely, this makes a great creamer. I've been using this as a substitute for cream for over a yr. now. As with most things, it is a preference, but I now like it better than cream. It is certainly lower in calories. It also has a good body in the coffee. I love the French Vanilla plain, so using in coffee is a win for me. I accidentally purchased a chocolate flavor and it wasn't bad.
