Helping my supination
I had a supination problem. Now, I don't. They are comfortable and a good value and are relieving pain from an ankle sprain. This is my second purchase, for a new set of shoes. In other words, I am happy with these and the level of support they provide.

Much Thinner than they look in advertisement
I purchased these for my son and sadly they did not work well for what he needed them for. They do fit in work boots but they are not anywhere near as thick as they. Appear to be in the advertisement

Great except…
Honestly I do like these shoe inserts, and it has made wearing my shoes more comfortable, but I really wish the insert went further down the shoe instead of just at the heel. It may very well just be my shoes or how I walk, but I sort of feel like my foot is sort of compensating (in a bad way) for what little relief the inserts give me if that makes sense. These inserts will hold me over until I can see a pediatrist and get proper insoles though

They don’t stay where you put them
They don’t stay put in your shoes. If they can change the adhesive to where it stays put these would be great. They shifted sideways the more I walked with them in my shoes.

Too small for men! Last about a week.
Very small only covers the very left side of heal not enough support! More for a very small foot! Was suggested by Rahab department at Kaiser hospital. Will pass this information onto Kaiser as I don’t think they’re aware how bad they really are! Read other reviews before you buy. 2nd review! Worn for about a week they have thinned out pressure from body has made them useless! Not a good product!

cannot be returned
the product is nicely made, but the directions for its use don't exist. it doesn't tell you how many sections to use. I guess you have to rely on a docs directions.
