Bought these for my mom. They fit very well and they provide great absorption. Love that they are washable and reusable. Sure saves money on the costly disposable ones. Love that they are cotton and not anything that might irritate her skin. I wash and dry them. Sometimes you do have to make sure to straighten out the pad area after taking them out of the dryer. I still wouldn't trade them for something else. They really are very good.

urine runs out beside corners leaving you wet and your clothes wet at work all day plus big and bulky not convertible a poise pad in a regular pair of panties holds better than these. What a waste of money

I did not like that the plum color was canceled with no choice to replace with a different color. Do not like the white at all. Highly recommend the black or other dark colors. Can't get certain stains out of the white and they never feel clean even though they are. Other than that, I use these as an extra protection over my pull-ups for bladder and bowel incontinence. They are super absorbent and make me feel so much more secure with no embarrassing accidental leaks. I ordered a size 6x although my measurements would be closer to a 5x. The 6x fits perfectly so I would say they run a bit smaller than the stated measurements. I love having a real undergarment to mask paper pull-ups but the leg elastic is a bit uncomfortable. Will definitely buy more, in black only!!

These are the best washable underwear I tried for incontinence for my 90yr old Mom. They will leak when heavier incontinence occurs and they are not as good as a good disposable, but more economical than disposable and better than washable Betsy brand and more the more expensive Health Dry brand. You can also use pads inside when needed. Best for daytime use. My Mom is 5'3 150lbs with dementia. Size XXL seemed to fit her fine but she complained the elastic was tight around the legs and she would wake up at night and want to take them off. Snipped the elastic around the legs then ordered 6-pack of size XXXL. Although slightly too big...they worked... were comfy and complaints stopped. I didn't notice any detriment as far as leaking. Once u figure out perfect size...buy enough so you'll always have clean ones available. 6-packs are best value.

I bought these and I have wore them for months. They do leak bad. Right in the middle big leakage. I have another brand ordered. Hoping they work better. I have light leakage. Was disappointed in these

I ordered these on 04/30 received them yesterday 05/03/21. They arrived perfectly packaged and DISCREET. Was very excited to try them, wearing pads for years and truly wanted a break from pads. I wore one to sleep in. Worked FLAWLESSLY. I am so so happy I finally broke down to buy these. Worth breaking down to spend the money. I got them in black. I also suffer from Lichen Sclerosus. (Google this, it’s horrible) and for once, I slept ALL NIGHT. In years. I’m buying 3 more next week. I cannot express enough how happy I am. True to size. If you wear a size 16 jeans buy the 1X. I wear that size, so only example I could give. No leaks, no moisture, no wetness. No soggy diaper feeling.

Don’t waste your money on these. First, the padding is very stiff and uncomfortable between the legs. It feels like thick cardboard pushing and rubbing against the delicate skin. Washing and drying doesn’t help soften them either. Second, it does not wick the moisture away or absorb it. Just a small amount of urine makes the panty feel wet against the skin, which can cause irritation, just like a baby’s diaper rash. Also, it absolutely can not absorb 2 cups worth of liquid. I urinated when I coughed and peed right through to my pants. Luckily I was at home and could change, but I can imagine the embarrassment if I had been out. You’re far better off to buy (or make, if you sew) a few washable incontinence pads. Hope this helps people avoid making the same expensive mistake as I did.
