I received this product yesterday, I received monitor, cpu, speaker, keyboard, webcam but no mouse. CPU is not working. I tried to check with a professional, he refused to touch the CPU, as its under warranty. I tried to contact the Amazon team they told to contact manufacturer Lenovo. I contacted Lenovo they checked online video the CPU. they told me to provide serial no. of the monitor, i gave. Then they asked for serial number of the CPU, I told them as seen in the picture only QR CODE has been given no serial Number. Manufacturer told me until i do not provide Serial number they wont take any action. Kindly i request whoever want to buy a PC do not buy from Amazon, very bad customer support and even the manufacturer Lenovo wont help you. many customers have been cheated you can see the reviews. My first and last experience with amazon and lenovo.

I found a very good refurbished product on this platform. The packaging was excellent. Also, all the products are very well and in good condition. The computer is running very good. I bought this for my kid's school project. Overall its good.

Product to thik he tha problem ye hai ke 6 mahine ke guarantee diya aur. 6. Mahine he chala. 8 mahine may. Hard disk corrupt hogai, display may bhi line agai hai .........

The computer is working well and is very good value for money. However, MS Office doesn't function properly and there is a clear message that the version of MS Office is not legal. As the computer has just been delivered to me, MS Office is working currently, but it will probably stop functioning soon unless I don't buy an official licence. The monitor is 4X3 aspect ratio, which is very old - it should be 16X9. However, all other aspects of the computer are good.

We purchased this product on 28th Jan. It's working properly for first two days. After that AC power adaptor was not working properly. We called customer care, because we have 6 month warranty on product. Customer care executive raise the request for replacement and said you can replace the item only one time on product warranty period. If any other part not working, I couldn't get replacement. Don't buy refurbished product
