What you needd to know about this product
First of all: It does what it says. BUT consisitency is the the point and you have to understand how Microcurrent works. It isn't a electric iron which works instantly! The App improved a lot and you can use it without the App anyway. But it is much more comfortable with the App, I have to admitt. For a non-invasive gadet it works well with good results even after just one week. Be patient!

Unable to open myolift QT APP due to server error
I cannot comment of the effectiveness of the myolift qt as I was unable to even turn it on due to APP issues, to which customer services were unable to resolve(can only use via APP). The low rating is for such a basic oversight in that it was not possible to even open the app, once downloaded, due to a server error. I suspect it may be linked to being UK based but I am not sure. Just a warning until resolved. I therefore decided to order the myolift mini which does not need an app and appears to be effective so far.
