Fits great on the D7000

I have a Nikon D7100. If you look at the photo I added it’s just a smidge off in the bottom right corner, but not noticeable at all. A nice cheap replacement! Installation was simple, don’t force it, it slides right in with little effort as long as you get the right angle. If it doesn’t hold up, I’ll come back and update.

I'm glad this was available because my dog somehow got a hold of the original and chewed it a little. This worked great and now we don't have to worry about the battery falling out while we're shooting. Definitely recommended.

I constantly lose these types of small accessories and they are a good buy and nice to have extras around, just in case. these do tend to fall off too easily, but that's just the design. they are easy to reattach.

This door cover lid cap Is not compatible with Nikon D7500 as described.

The door fits and closes on a D7200, but it is missing a notch that allows it to clear the battery retaining clip. (See photo) It does close, but in doing so, it releases the battery clip so that the battery will fall out when the door is opened, whether accidentally or otherwise. It looks as though it can be modified by removing the metal plate and cutting out the notch to clear the battery retaining clip.

As described, good quality and attached with no issues. I use the camera daily and the battery door is still intact.

It does the job. Its not as snappy as the original but it fits just right. No loosenes.
