these were heavier thermometer covers as described. it took me a couple tries to prevent the bare end of the thermometer from coming through the end of the cover. i think this was due to fact that you have to pull the paper off each side off carefully or the heavier paper will also tear the protective cover. good quality but quite a bit more expensive and a little harder to use than the ones i usually get at the store. i used this alternative as the stores had run out of the ones i usually buy.

If you’re a parent of a young one, you know how much more reliable it is to take rectal temperatures when they're sick. These disposable probes work great! We use them specifically with the Vicks thermometer.

I kept getting wildly different results using two different infrared scanners, so back to the basics. This thermometer is easy to use and has sterile sleeves (bought separately) to go over the sensor. Only complaint is that the beep it makes is so high a pitch I rarely hear it. Maybe the designers should realize there are older people with compromised hearing trying to use this device.

‼️ The use of these covers cause my thermometer to read an entire ONE degree lower. This is critical knowledge as my child is going thru cancer and I need to know temperature 100% I bought these so I could be assured of sanitized and not have to worry so much about that. They are super easy to use. We tested with the doctor’s thermometer and then tested with the cover on as I prepared the thermometer. It was new and I wanted to be sure it was accurate. When it was an entire degree off she suggested we try again without the cover. We removed the cover and my thermometer was spot on. So… she said if you use the covers just know that you need to add a degree.

I use it with a MABIS Basal Thermometer and it works great. Its just a basic oral thermometer cover so unless you have a weird one it should work for you. They are all individually wrapped so no worries about cleanliness and you just slide the tip of the thermometer in between the papers and peel them off, so you never have to touch it if you dont want to.

These fit the thermometer I bought like a hand in a glove. I don't have to worry about sharing germs because of the fit and quality of these covers. Price was excellent too.
