I am completely astounded by this book. I am with knowledge now with the five types of energy vampires. Chapter 7 is a great one too on teaching and guiding on how to cleanse negative energies. I am thankful for this and share this to my cousins who need most of this guide. Calming and relaxing!

Empathy is a book to help with your ability to understand another persons emotions and experiences. It provides a checklist to check if you really are an empath, how to cleanse negative emotions, and how to amplify your empathic ability. It has a number of famous empaths who mastered the ability in the back of the book. If you want an introduction to improving your empathic ability you will need to choose this book.

This is an excellent book. I read this book I can know lots of things. It takes all kinds to make the world. All souls on this planet have different strengths and weaknesses, distinct personality traits and temperaments, as well as different ways of seeing the world and living their lives. A curious quality unique to the human experience is a great capacity for empathy. I enjoy reading this book. Thanks for the author.

This is absolutely the best one.I love the way this book presented the subject. The approach applied to every explanations and therefore the tips provided are evidenced tested and trustworthy .The author makes sure that the readers can understand every details of this book. I found many useful things inside the book.

This book is very interesting and accurate. If you are just learning about your gift or helping someone realize theirs this is the perfect book. If, however, you have known for quite a long time you are an Empath it doesn't offer much new information. I did enjoy reading this book.

If you think you may be an empath, you’ll gain confirmation right away (either way, and then learn the tools to successfully navigate this gift if you have it. I found the section on boundaries particularly useful. Both the pros and the cons are explained.
