Review: This stuff is excellent- but truly an ink, not a paint. - This product is easy to use and looks great under a black light. I've painted plastic, metal, fabric, paper and resin with minimal issues. I found that painting over fabric is particularly successful, and white is best. I was glad that I read the reviews that indicated that while this works well- it is very thin. On occasion, you do need a few coats to really pop- particularly if the object isn't stark white. This didn't show up on anything I painted in normal light- and is very much invisible until revealed by blacklight. This is exactly the answer to what I was looking for, for personal projects. I would buy again.
Review: Worth the Price - I thought it wasn't going to be good quality and last long on the skin. However, it actually lasted 2-3 days on my skin. I was really testing it out with intense scrubbing and soap, and it still showed under UV light. I think it's perfect for events because it doesn't wear out easily. I also think that it's bright enough for darker skin tones because it glows really well like in the picture that it shows. Just don't forget a UV light, and a blank ink pad. :) hope this helps lol (will be updating after an event for a better review) Update: It did well especially on different skin tones, and also on sweaty kids :)

**Q: What would this look like on black fabric?**
A: The ink will still glow in UV light on any surface. The exact appearance would depend on how absorbent the fabric is.

**Q: I live in a high crime town,i have lost 5 tables from the front porch,looking for a invisable long lasting ink/marking method so if cops can identify**
A: If you mark the underside of the table so that it is not exposed to sunlight or rain, it should work fine.

**Q: Can you use if in a fountain pen?**
A: Would not be ideal for this purpose. Fountain pen ink is typically water based. Our inks are alcohol based and much thinner than a water based ink. They can work well with calligraphy pens in some cases, but an alcohol based ink would not mesh well with the internal parts of a fountain pen.

**Q: What wavelength (nm?) of black light is the ink most sensitive to?  i want to purchase some uv leds and want the brightest florescence i can get.  thx**
A: 385-390NM. Fluorescent black light works the best.

This is fabulously blue! I am using this for a summer camp to create some low budget special effects. I was confident when I ordered it that it would glow under black light, but I had no idea that it would glow so much! It is very very vibrant! By and large, it is completely invisible until you are around a black light. It does leave a tiny purple residue that can be seen under normal light - but not always. It seems to depend upon where on your body you have it. I could see the hint of purple on my wrist, but not on my forearm. This does wash off with normal soap and water, but takes some actual focused effort, so you don't have to worry about it just rubbing off easily. Yes, this is an amazing ink! Well done, Opticz!
