The only nasal dilator that will fit inside my small nose!!! I'm a tiny woman and finding a nasal dialator that isn't a complete medieval torture device is a shock and awesome surprise. I loved strong nasal tape but it was starting to create small irritation wounds from wearing the tape too often. I was ready to give up and then I found these in size S. The silicone material is also way more flexible and softer compared to other ones I've tried which is really helpful for my internal structural issues that are still sensitive.

Stop snoring - So I gave this a shot after noticing occasional snoring and feeling tired the next day. So within 1 night's use I felt more energy than I've had in a long time - so I feel it must be working! I am sleeping far more deeply than I have in years; I got the SMALL after trying a "sampler" pack from the local store (probably best to try them out to get the size right). The large would be for a very large nose. Easy to use, and to get used to, and has made an incredible difference in my sleep quality (e.g. I have a deviated septum and this seems to just help keep nasal passages open). Definitely a product worth trying and for me, far easier to use than a mouth guard type of snoring prevention product.

Très content de cet écarteur, pour en avoir essayé d'autres, celui là ne tombe pas pendant la nuit, ne fait pas mal, et il est efficace. Je recommande ce matériel, moi j'ai pris le modèle le plus petit.
