Question 1

I understand the set says there are 2 extra queens included but I see that it is two extra kings. Seems more necessary to include the queens instead?

Each side has an extra queen because, in a chess game, if you have a pawn that reaches the 8th rank of the Board, it can be exchanged for any piece, but obviously most players will choose to have it be a queen.  If your original queen is still in play on the board, it's nice to have an extra one to use instead of having to fashion some other kind of marker.

Question 2

Do the checker pieces fall out when the board is turned over?

If you open it the wrong way then they will fall out but if you open it correctly then all the pieces stay put. My son rarely uses the checker pieces but he still keeps them with the set. Very good product!

How do i contact seller? I am missing a brown pawn and was played after the return window

Very good question.  An answer from distributors is appreciated here   In case we lose pieces and want to replace.  Probably will have to buy new set. You should contact Amazon to replace entire product and you will have to return the one you got after your replacement is shipped. Just went through this with Amazon

I have never seen this tiny bracket from other chessboard, I’d like what is it for, and appreciate for your answer.

First of all, i think it is a unbeatable design as I have bought many foldable chess set for my kids. The center of a chessboard hump up always, that it is unavoidable to had a huge gap in the hingle area, that’s why i don’t like the foldable board all the time.
