Where is the wheat sourced from for this product? I see that it is milled in Italy but is the wheat grain also from Italy?

Caputo uses various wheats from different producers and regions. I’m assuming different regions of Italy. All I know is I like this flour very much . It makes great pizza ! Also I have been gluten or wheat intolerant and I can eat pizza made with this flour without getting blisters on my fingers 12 hours later. Hope this helps

How many pizzas can be made from one bag? How many cups are in a bag??

I use 6 cups of flour for one batch of pizza dough. I get approximately 3 - 14oz pieces of dough per batch. If I remember correctly when I make my dough I end up with a little over one cup of flour left at the end. So I am estimating that there is 7 - 8 cups per 2.2# bag. I hope this helps.
