The best daily go to Iāve ever taken!
These are absolutely amazing and have helped me with digestive issues, the quality is top notch. I will continue to use these daily! If you have any problems with bowel movements on a daily basis this is your go to item! I struggled for years and years with being regular, but no longer!!! I would recommend to anyone who is not regular or has issues with going!

Good For Lowering Estrogen Naturally
I take 4 a day. I seem to run high in estrogen for a man so this seems to help. The ingredients of cruciferous vegetables, I3C, and apigenin all help lower estrogen levels naturally. The ingredients also help the prostate as well. I also take chrysin on a daily basis to round out the protocol.

This supplement seems to give more energy and doesn't cause stomach upset (as some other vendor's products I've tried do).

healthy benefits, but bad taste
The only negative I have to say about this supplement is that the smell, and aftertaste are pretty nasty. It's bad enough that you'll want to be eating/drinking something afterwards to get rid of the taste. On the upside, as someone who doesn't get enough vegetables through my diet, I feel like the short-term downside is outweighed by the long term benefits of taking these.

Helpful
This has helped lessen the frequency and intensity of my hot flashes which have been persistent for 6 months straight now. I am 39 and have been struggling with female dryness, no periods, hot flashes, sleeplessness, hirsutism and more. Depression is no surprise with these changes. But this product has a taste and smell like overcooked old broccoli. Aside from that is has helped greatly along with another product called Source Naturals Hot Flash-tablets. I sure hope this helps those of you suffering with this Godforsaken misery!!
