Serta Power Chill Pillow Protectors

I live in an area that doesn't get hot very often so A/C is in many homes here, including mine. So I am always looking for bedding that is designed for cooling. I use down pillows to sleep on and have already been using a bamboo pillow cover that promises cooling but only does a mediocre job, at best. I purchased this set of Serta Power Chill Cooling Pillow protectors in the King size and wow, they are the best I've found yet. The sizing is off in that they are about 4 inches too long but I just tucked that extra part in the closed side of my regular pillow case and that seemed to do the trick. They are stretchy with a jersey-like material. But after the first night sleeping on them, I had to post this review because they kept my pillow nice and cool throughout the entire night. I got them at such a deal on Prime Day and they are 100% worth every penny I spent for them. They are much more expensive now but if you can get them on sale, go for it.

This cooling pillow protector feels like luxury silk, smooth, soft, flowing. So cool to the touch and brings soothing comfort for me a hot sleeper. I melt into the fabric. I’d like to use it alone as a pillow case yet it’s made to be used inside one. Cooling nylon with 10% spandex. Odor control, Scotch Gard to prevent stains. Zippered and easy care. These are 5 Star Hotel quality, with a best price value. What a treat.

I needed new bed pillows and covers - when I found these Serta protectors, I jumped on them, and am very pleased with that purchase. They protect well, fit appropriately snuggly, and actually do feel cool all the time. Given the quality of Serta, they're a good price also. Definitely recommend.

Great pillow for those that like large fluffy pillows. I need to take some filling out as I like mine a bit flatter. I’ve had the pillows a few months and they have kept their fluffiness. Zipper quality is as expected and seems to be allergy friendly. Cooling: I don’t feel like they keep their cooling technology very long. I have a satin pillow case on it and the satin feels cooler than the actual pillow.

I actually thought I was buying a pillow but it was just a pillow case lol however we love them true to advertising. Cooling , sweat absorbent, resistant, washable and durable material. Feels like a cloud and in Arizona it's so important to keep cool.

I thought I had purchased pillows so when I received these I was a little disappointed. However that was 100% on me for not reading the listing and just trusting my search. I decided to give them a try and so far they seem ok. They don’t stay cool even though I have them on cooling pillows. They are super thin but very soft. They fit on my pillows perfectly. I don’t think it has improved my sleep quality but it hasn’t made it any worse either. I don’t think they are waterproof but I don’t really want to test that. I like that the zipper is small and seems to be decent quality. Smelled heavily of chemicals when I first took it out of the package but that disappeared after a few minutes.

I bought some new pillows recently which are "cooling" pillows and they are very cool to the touch. I didn't know that pillow protectors existed. I decided on these because I didn't want to mess up the cooling of my pillows and because Serta is a well known brand. I like these and they didn't disappoint me on the fact that my pillows still feel cool. These protectors are super thin and soft which is fine because I put a pillow case over them. I like these so much Im going to order another set for my other 2 pillows.

They feel colder to the touch, wash them out it on my pillow under my pillow case. Can not tell a difference at all!! Maybe if you use it as a pillow case and nothing on top but looses all it’s supposed power under your regular cotton pillowcase

The material is odd and reminds me of a 1960s petticoat. It is cool to sleep on and if you move it around you get lovely cold areas and it was great during the hot weather. The missing star is because it is so big. I have a king pillow and there is so much material that I end up lying on it when I want to flip or move my pillow. I do use it all the time so overall I am happy.
