RLT on my face - wanted to get more of my eye area exposed but still protect my eyeballs :)
I have two small Red Light Therapy panels for my face and neck - one is more intense than the other, and they both came with protective eyeglasses. Both sets of glasses are pretty big, and I wanted to be able to expose more of the skin around my eyes to the light: the laugh lines and crow's feet, the undereye area and a little more of the upper eyelid that, in my 40s, has now decided it wants to start letting gravity take a little more hold. Yeah, no thanks. I've been having success with the RLT therapy (10 minutes on face and neck per day), so I looked into something that was more like protective goggles you get at a tanning salon. These fit the bill perfectly. Sure, you look like Joe Pesci's villain in Moonwalker, but who cares? You're sitting at home in front of your red light all by yourself. These are nice and thick, durable. The lenses are very dark - darker than either pair of glasses that came with my RLT Panels. You get 2 pair for the price - it's a great deal. Like I said, these are DARK so once they're on, you're not going to be perusing your phone or whatever. Just put them on, close your eyes and relax as you reap the benefits of your RLT. There are no arms on these (the parts of glasses that go over your temples and over your ears), just a stretchy tiny cord that holds them on. Perfect - I want as much skin exposed as possible. The cord stays on with a very easy-to-use adjuster: just pinch it and it opens up so you can tighten or loosen the cord.

Great quality and great comfort worth the purchase.
These are perfect for tanning bed, and I use them for red light therapy as well. Top quality. They fit very comfortably. They are so much better quality than what is offered at the salons. I had been looking for a while and glad I finally found these. They don't leave marks around my eyes, and the cord is nice and easy to adjust for fitness. I am not constantly having to adjust. I can see just enough through them. The price is great for what you get, and two pair!

Great protection and comfort
I have had these goggles for a couple of months now, and they are holding up excellently. They are very comfortable to wear, and the strap is far superior to the flimsy ones that come with standard tanning bed glasses. The strap is also adjustable so you can customize the fit. The goggles come with a nice little clear box to store them in, so they do not get lost in my gym bag. Although they are a bit pricier than standard ones, in the long run, it is well worth it as you avoid replacing the elastic strings repeatedly. I would definitely recommend these goggles over the standard ones.

Would recommend . . .
Comfortable and flexible, unlike hard plastic. Easy to adjust. Came with a case which I like to help protect them.

Great quality
High quality, second set in case one gets lost, good coverage protective eyewear.

Not Suitable For Red Light
These glasses do not completely seal around my eyes because they are too stiff. The tint is not dark enough and I can still see the red light. Even though I kept my eyes closed and it still strained my eyes will likely damage them with continual use.

Excellent eye protection
I bought these for eye protection when using red light full body panels. I've been using these goggles for 6 months now and I am very pleased with their performance. They fit well and are easily adjustable. They do a great job of reducing the brightness of the lights. The case provides a nice storage option when not in use. The goggles have held up well over these months that I have used them and I expect they will last a long time - great value for the money!

They do protect your eyes, but it is very hard to see.
I got OPT/IPL Laser Protective Glasses Goggles to use in my light mask. I didn't feel it was safe enough without adding additional protection. I cannot or don't open my eyes when I am using them. I can tell it is keeping the light out. They fit very well and work perfectly in my mask. The other pair I would use if I needed to cover my eyes for a full face light. They are too small for me to use working with red lights on other parts of my body. Vision is not good enough and they are to close to my eye lids. All faces are different, they may be better for others. I think they would be very good for a full face or body light, but not for me to use with protecting my eyes with other types of colored lights. I wonder if they are made for full face or body lights. I hope this review helped you.
