This listing is for headlights. Whoever created the listing originally mixed up the headlights and the fog lights. The listing is largely fixed now but it appears that amazon has the headlights listed for the fog light price. I suggest you order them before they figure it out and fix their pricing!

My experience is that the halo does not flicker or flash when using the blinkers. Great product.
