It’s held up and is cute
It came exactly as pictured. My son needed this for a baking entry so we have only used it once. It’s not a heavy basket and the reed used to make the basket is on the thinner side, not per say cheap just thin. I am not sure how long it would hold up with regular use. I would recommend.

Great basket but pay attention to size!
I didn't pay attention to the Dimensions on the description before I ordered.This is a Small Basket. IT's built well, it just won't hold much.

Not worth it
The hinges were broken and the fabric was falling apart. Very cheaply made.

Nice looking, sturdy, clasp a little cheap and difficult to use
The basket is overall pretty decent, quite sturdy, and is attractive. I wish the dimensions were just a little bigger since it's not quite big enough to fit some fairly standard size plates I wanted to carry in it (without having to slant them). However I didn't take off points for that since that would likely be different for each person. However the leather strap and clasp (which turns to lock) feels quite cheap and like it won't last that long, and the clasp is also a bit difficult to grab ahold of and turn it once inserted thru the strap.Overall I would probably purchase again because I didn't find many other options out there for this type of basket, and the issue isn't MAJOR, just a little annoying.

Lower priced then others and holds my daughter’s tea set as I wanted it to.
The 2 year old sat on the basket for a second and it didn’t break!!

Excellent on looks. Not as sturdy as I would like. I packed bottles of jam and pickles and the weight seems a bit much.

The color was orange. When I ordered this it looked more like beige.
The color was awful, it was an orange color. I thought it was a beige color when I ordered it.Was very disappointed. Will be sending this back.

Poor quality
Basket is nice but pretty low quality, fabric on inside of lid is barely attached to the basket lid and isn’t attached straight

Poor quality, cheaply made
I wanted this basket to fill with baby products..eg. nappy cream, baby bath, talc , wipes. A present for some one expecting twins.I was very disappointed when I opened the box. Initially it looked OK, but as I unwrapped it and opened the lid , it was cheaply put together. For £27, I at least expected it to be sturdy. The material inside was roughly glued to the basket and not central on the lid. Avoid,is my recommendation! It definitely wouldn't hold a bottle of wine as the picture made you believe, if you were buying for a picnic.
