Extremely bright. Beam is narrow as advertised - pretty much the 15 degrees stated. They are easily hackable to extend life by slightly reducing LED current but only if you know what you are doing.

Purchased these to replace dead bulbs in our landscape lighting. Work great!

These work surprisingly well. I say surprising bc they’re relatively inexpensive but they’re super bright and work really well.

I bought these bulbs for my landscape lights. I have green, red, purple and blue now. They put out very good light at 5 watts and I am very happy that they use colored LED and do not tint the glass. Be careful when you get these as I almost returned as the case and the LED you see inside are all white. There is nothing to indicate the color except small print on the side. When you plug them in the LED lights up and provides the color.

These bulbs are up to spec on brightness and I love the 15 degree beam. However, as other have mentioned, they don't last long at all, maybe 6 months using them from sundown to 10 pm daily.

I read and believed the positive reviews on these MR16 LED light bulbs and purchased 30 to install in a set of 24 fixtures so I would have spares. So far, 5 of the 24 bulbs I've deployed have failed within six months of installation... and total usage is probably in the 50-100 hour range. I'm pretty much out of spares now and will be replacing the whole lot with a different product shortly. Bottom line, not sure if I just got a bad batch or if the products are substandard, but a failure rate of 5 out of 24 (20%+) within six months is pretty unacceptable for LED light bulbs. UPDATE May 2023: I received a response from the seller/manufacturer about two months after posting this review. They indicated that I must have received a bad batch as they haven't seen similar issues in the past and offered to replace or refund. I'll update this review when I hear back from them again. UPDATE August 2023: The manufacturer/seller shipped me replacement bulbs at no charge. I've since seen four more bulbs from the original set fail, but all of the replacement bulbs seem to be working perfectly so far. I'll continue to monitor to see if more old bulbs or if any of the new bulbs fail and will update this review. The manufacturer provided the plausible explanation that they had issues with a new supplier of components that caused a series of bulbs including the ones I purchased originally to fail prematurely as the components were out of specification. Basically, it seems like I happened to receive a bad batch of bulbs. It obviously isn't great that I had these failures, but, even if it took a few months to respond to my initial review, the manufacturer has been great about admitting their fault and replacing the bulbs. I think it says a lot of a manufacturer who stands behind their products and 'makes it right' when something goes wrong. Given that, I'm moving the review from one star to four stars as: 1) this seems to have been a temporary issue with their manufacturing and 2) they stood behind their product.

After being powered up for a year through winter and summer outdoors I can verifiably say these bulbs are reliable. The beam spread seems to be correct and stray light tolerable (would need a lens and barn doors to do better). Color temperature also appears correct and the bulbs tolerate considerable under-voltage too. Very happy with these and with the seller.
