Great extract! Good quality, and brings out thr best in your baking. I made Italian Anginetti cookies Anisette flavor. They are my favorite!

Great for Pasta Sauce
Great little spice for quick pasta sauce. If you make it the old-fashioned way I prefer the seeds but for a quick sause this works very well. Good to have on the shelf.
