Is it a GEN 1, no, Gen 3 or newer, yes. **Q: Can I use a 1/2in breaker bar?** A: I have seen many customer struggle unsuccessfully with a breaker bar, because Kel-tec uses a machine with locktite to install the factory nut. We highly recommend an air impact wrench which will pop off that nut in 3-seconds flat, with zero effort and no possible damage to your KSG. Just our experience. **Q: Air comp scfm? i see a 90psi/6scfm air wrench and tanks for 90psi/0.6scfm. will this work? or not be enough air to turn the nut?** A: Best to use an air "impact" wrench. The 90 psi should work fine. It's the jolting action of the impact wrench that breaks the Nut free. It should crack lose in about 3 seconds flat.
