I really don't care how many milligrams there are in that pill it's supposed to be one of the best on the market for helping a person with Alzheimer's. I don't have Alzheimer's so I only take two pills a day but if you have a loved one with the problem I'd have them on four pills a day it would take possibly 18 months maybe to see them start to recognize again, but I would take it just for general help with forgetfulness.

Does this have pepper in it?? Research says cucumin isnt effective unless it has pepper in it

There is no pepper. I now use turmeric with fenugreek.

Is this price for one bottle?

My acupuncturist sells it for under $30. Go on the Standard Process website and search for a provider. Then call and you can probably pick it up without actually having any service.
