The ProsourceFit Resistance Ring enhances Pilates Workouts with Light Resistance to Help Tone and Strengthen Your Entire core and Body

After my hip surgery, my PT's had me using one and bought it for home use and continue to use it. Very helpful in my recovery.

Works great!

This fitness resistance ring (or "magic circle") seems to be well made and reasonably priced. I am deducting one star for one reason only: It offers light resistance, less than the similar fitness resistance rings that I have used at physical therapy treatment centers. The size is good for someone tall like me (6'2"), but I was really hoping it would offer more resistance. I decided to purchase a similar item from another manufacturer that does offer more resistance. It is difficult to find them, but try looking for a version with the word "Pro" in the product name.

It works well I keep it next to my TV chair and do various reps while watching

This pilates ring works great, I've used it for many different exercises and it works well for all of them. It's also so cute in the purple. It seems like a really high quality ring compared to other ones I've seen. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I ordered this item for easy home exercises. I work from home, spending a lot of time at the computer during the day so I wanted to buy some equipment that I can keep nearby and do a few simple exercises now and then when I get up to take a break. The ProSource pilates ring has just the right amount of resistance for me - not too easy but you won't injure yourself either. When I use it for leg/balance exercises, it doesn't slip which is great. The hand grips are also comfortable the the palms of my hand and the size is perfect for me. I'm happy with this product and I'm definitely doing more toning exercises. It's right there next to me, so no more excuses!

Less resistance than I expected.

I'm new to pilates but have used this in my class and like it.

Just love this Resistance Power Dual Gripped Fitness Ring! It’s such a versatile piece of equipment that can really enhance your workout routine. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, flexibility, or balance, this fitness ring offers a range of exercises to target different muscle groups. The dual grips make it easy to hold and control, ensuring that you can maintain proper form while performing exercises. Plus, it’s lightweight and portable, so you can take it with you wherever you go.

I bought this to use with my pilates exercises. I only do my exercises at home, so had no previous experience via fitness classes. For me this works really well and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I am 5' 6" if that is helpful. The fact that it is purple made the purchase even easier for me, purple is my favourite colour.
