This brand is quality and no horrible after taste

Since purchasing and subscribing to Bare Biology I have seen a significant improvement in my vitamin D levels. Prior to taking them I was marked as having insufficient levels. The store brands which include magnesium stearate play havoc with your gut bacteria which are responsible for synthesising vitamin d. But, much of the preservatives in store bought vitamin tablets destroy gut bacteria levels so it becomes impossible to produce it. However, using BB tablets evades this risk somewhat as the ingredients are natural. I believe this helped my gut to repair and produce higher levels. As a consequence, I am now within the normal range.

It was recommended by a nutritionist as a high quality product. I also like that it contains Vit D3. My children take it, too.
