I really love making my own tortillas and this finer corn meal/ meseca type meal is my favorite brand for taste and function! It makes beautiful tortillas and corn muffins and even tamales-if I can find the time for homemade! It’s got a nice finer texture too and that really makes the difference I think! It’s a great product and love having it dropped at my doorstep for easier living!

As someone who cooks both traditional and fusion dishes in our Hawai‘i home, this white corn meal is a must-have. The P.A.N. pre-cooked white corn meal is incredibly versatile—ideal for arepas, empanadas, cornbread, and even gluten-free recipes. It’s easy to work with: the texture is fine and consistent, and it forms a smooth, soft dough that’s easy to shape and cooks evenly. The taste is mild, which makes it perfect for pairing with savory or sweet fillings always a freshness product and good for its value. I also appreciate that it’s gluten-free and kosher, making it suitable for a wide range of diets. The 5 lb pack is generous and stores well if kept sealed.

My invalid wife's caregiver is from Venezuela, and she introduced my wife and myself to the pleasure of eating arepas... it's a bit like an English muffin, but made from a special pre-cooked white corn meal flour, grilled on a griddle, and cut open and typically stuffed with scrambled eggs and cheese. The caregiver makes these every Tuesday for us, and it's a great treat. Of course, it helps to have the right flour... in fact, it's essential, and P.A.N. is what is needed. It's not easy to find in local supermarkets unless they cater to a significant Latin population... but it's very easy, and quite inexpensive, to order it from Amazon. I usually order 3 or 4 bags at a time, and fortunately, if I run out, it's often a next day delivery.

I love tortillas home made and this is the best to make them. Tastes good also texture is amazing and ease of use.

Who would have thought we could make 100% authentic Arepas in the middle of a snowstorm in Canada. This is the real deal.... And saves me airfare. I am still perfecting my recipe... but so far they are incredibly delicious. Does anyone know whether adding oil to the mix is authentic?

Farina usatissima in tutta l'America Latina. Ha la caratteristica finezza e coloritura bianca ed è precotta. Questa caratteristica è essenziale per l'esecuzione di arepas, etc perfette, come tradizione latina insegna. In Itgalia molto difficile da trovare in commercio al dettaglio. Almeno io sono riuscito solo ad acquistarla qui. Prezzo goiusto in formato convenienza da 6 pacchi da 1 kg. Mi basterà per qualche mese
