I applied crl on my shower door but when i take a shower i can see where i sprayed the solution on the glass, how can i remove the spray marks?

I found it hard to remove once I sprayed it on and rubbed as directed. What did work perfectly was to get s slightly damp paper towel to remove most of the polymer and then a dry cloth to polish it up. I did it in small sections. It is somewhat time consuming, but so well worth it! I applied it in September of 2014 and, here it is, July, 2015, it still does what it is supposed to do, even in this incredibly hard AZ water.

How long is the product effective before the shower enclosure needs resealing? Thank you

It will usually last about 3 months before you need to reapply again. It is very easy to apply. Just make sure the glass is perfectly clean, spray and wipe down in circular motion.

Can this be used on impact windows?

Spray it on anything that comes into contact with water to prevent water spots!

Can this be used on ceramic cooktops?

Honestly I don't know. But my opinion would be, no, because it is intended to leave a polymer film on the surface to repel water and soap scum. Heated, that film may produce odors or fumes.
