Are these 2 panels of 100 each or 100 total?

It looks like you have the option of buying 2 100 watt panels or 1 200 watt panel. I only have room for one so I will order the 200 watt single, any warnings from you all with that idea? I also need to get a connector to plug into my zamp module on the RV roof, it doesn’t look like the same.

Why does buying this panel in pairs cost more than double buying a single...by 20%?

Read the details carefully. Often the 2 and 4 packs of panels include extension cables, z-brackets for mounting, and charge controller. I've found sometimes that you have to check the model/UPC at the manufacturer's website to get accurate information. You are correct that occassionally the single panels may be cheaper than multi-packs.

Would this work for my home were the comsumption is about 2700 kw ? two(2) 220v air conditiones, 2 fridges and some other appliances.

As those in here will make fun of any question. You can use any amount of solar panels to supplement your electrical needs in your house. Any amount of solar you add will reduce what you have to depend on from the your power company. So, if you add say 5 - 100 watt panels, that would reduce down your electricity needs from your power company by around 500 watts. If you are truly using around 2,700 Kw, then it would not be practical for you to go 100% solar. It would never pay for itself in your life time. Unless you are rich and just want to go "off grid" completely, I would just add several panels to just help reduce what you need to depend on from your power company.

Why do you call this a 12v panel but state that they are 21.8v open circuit?

open circuit voltage is when there's no load and since 21.8v > 12v it means that it more than 12v and can be used with any system that is 12v or higher. 24v systems usually have a open voltage of 27v or higher. Like when I measured my 100w panel, it was about 22v and 4.4A = 100w. These panels aren't supposed to be used for charging 12v batteries directly, instead you use a controller to charge them, if that makes sense. even the smaller panels used for charging batteries directly are about 18v but have a "mini" controller on the back.
