Feels heavy even tho 50g less than my other when reading Kindle app 2. Would prefer pencil stored inside case, dislike the back storage completely, won’t lie flat (have knocked pencil off a couple times on side storage) 3. Can’t charge pen

I've been using this case for a little over a year now and it's still great. Feels extremely sturdy and well-designed. I rarely use the stand feature, but the grooves are very thoughtfully designed and works really well, the few times I do use it. I like the placement of the Apple pencil groove, which attaches magnetically at the same placement as it would, without the case. I have never had a problem with it coming dislodged accidentally. It also has an additional pencil-shaped stretch pocket which seems convenient, but I have never had to make use of it. The material has a leathery feel and makes it easy to grip. Overall it's a great case. It protects my iPad without feeling bulky. I would easily buy this case again.

I have been purchasing Zugu cases for many years and numerous ipads for myself and family. I spent hours and hours comparing cases and Zugu is the only one that met all the demands I have. I have dropped my ipads many times and never had a bit of damage which is my main demand. The corners are securely protected, whereas many cases are not. My Zugu cases, every one of them, has outlasted the many years I keep my devices and still look new. I have never lost an apple pencil as it stays securely on the top. If you are concerned about the security of that top pencil slot, like for travel, tuck the pencil into the elastic pocket on the back. The case opens to whatever angle you need with a magnet just right for keeping it in place, no slipping, yet it easily switches to another angle. Case fits securely and has never poped off by accident. I have been so happy with these cases on every model device I got. Every friend and family I have ever recommended it to has come back to thank me as they also became dedicated to the brand for its quality of materials, outstanding design and ability to be everlasting. I love my Zugu cases.

Best case I've owned so far. It's my favorite color combo so already I was on board, but the case is being magnetic in all of the adjustments allow it to not get bumped over so easily. I don’t always place it on a table. Sometimes I place it on the arm of the couch on my lap or whatever lol. Allowing him to stay with magnets also allows me to turn it in portrait. If I really want that landscape gives you all the adjustments portrait would be almost straight up and down, but if you need that in the moment it does work on the lower settings. I also have a universal stylus in the soft pocket to have on hand for my phone and I have the Apple Pencil very very securely magnetically mounted on the edge.

I have bought a lot of saq cases over the years and I have to say this case is worth its high price. when you combine high quality materials with solid workmanship you should expect to pay more. The features make my iPad much more user friendly and rock solid. The materials used are soft and it stays on very well. The pencil holders are great, one with wireless charging and the other for if you don’t want it charging. My favorite screen protector is fully compatible with this case. The screen cover fits nicely keeping your screen protected when not using your ipad. The cover stays on your screen until you are ready to use it again. Also, if you want to you can have you ipad sleep while the cover is closed and wake when you open it to improve battery life. My favorite thing about the ZUGU case design is the covers magnetic capabilities allow you to open it all the way, stick it to any flat metal surface such as a refrigerator or a metal door. To top it off you can flip out the magnetic kick stand into one of the 7 slots to prop your iPad in landscape mode to 7 different angles. With this many features you would think that some are probably gimmicky or don’t function well but overall they all continue to work as intended and after almost 2 years of use it still looks super sleek. I got the black color the black color to maintain the most professional look. I bought my wife the pine color and she loves it. I have invested a lot of money in ZUGU cases. This review is for my 6th Gen iPad mini but it really applies to all of the ZUGU cases that I own. My step daughters and my own iPad Air 3, and my wife’s iPad Air 4. Be I have only had to replace my wife’s case one time after 3 years of daily use. This was partially because i tried to clean it using a microfiber and something like windex and it rubbed some of material off which got worse over time ( I don’t recommend doing this) I recommend using leather shoe cleaner instead but only on the outside and be very gentle. Take your time and you will definitely like the results. For the inside fabric, try not to get it dirty because its very fragile and its where my wife’s case started having issues. I use compressed air at an extremely low psi a few times a year to clean the inside. The iPads install into the case easily and it stay’s on. You can remove your iPad just as easy. This is a long review but I felt that I have to share my experience here in hopes that you won’t waste your money on any other case (not even one from apple) Im not rich and they’re not cheap but the protection and it’s features make it an investment on your investment.

Wow, I gotta say I'm impressed. This was well worth the $40. Such an incredibly awesome case. Perfect tight fit. All of its magnetized so the kickstand locks in magnetically to the seven different positions that you can use to set up a viewing angle and also magnetic locks down when not in use. Pencil holder works perfectly... piece of cake to remove the pencil when you need it. I'll agree with one other person in that the location for lifting up the cover takes a bit of getting used to but a minor nitpick. I probably would've put it at the top, but I can understand the choice. Generally speaking sound as a pound. If I had one wish, it would be that I would've preferred a brighter color so it's easier for me to see when it's sitting around my office. The one caveat to my review should be that I just received this so I can't speak to durability. My last case was from Otter with the slide out pencil holder, and I purchased it at the Apple Store. It was fragile to say the least. BTW there are 2 other colors pastels, pink and light blue.

This case is really good in fact I wanted to give 5 stars. If only fractions were allowed I would at least give another half star. The materials feel robust and durable. The wrap up and over the screen is just right to add protection but not so much to inhibit the ipad from fitting into the case. The fit is perfect with all of the correct openings lined up correctly. The corners are heavy duty and certainly will protect in the advent of a drop from 3-4 feet. So the issue? The perimeter of the case is very solid, appears to be a hard plastic shell with a firm rubber molded over it, EXCEPT for the edge with the pencil holder molded out of the a rubber type substance. That whole edge is very soft and spongy. If you happen to try to pick up the iPad by that edge the case will roll off and separate from the ipad. Nitpicking, sure. But really a disappointing flaw in an otherwise very well designed and quality made case. I hope enough people call it out so the manufacturer fixes it or produces the exact same case WITHOUT a pencil holder, so the firm edge can be replicated all the way around.

So I've kind of became a fan of the Zugu cases. They are a tad more expensive than others, but they are very well built and last over time. I've had a Zugu cause on my iPad 11 M1 and also my iPad 11 M4, both are excellent cases. There are without a doubt other cases that provide more "bells and whistles", but if you just need a good protective case this is the one to get. Fits really well on the iPad Mini 6 and super easy to install and slide into a bag. I personally am not a fan of the pen holder on the back. So I was pretty impressed when I noticed they upgraded the design on the pen holder up top. Its recessed a little bit more and is more "molded" for the pen. I think the pen would be safe so long as you aren't getting to rough when getting it out or putting it in. 100% would buy again, and 100% will continue to support Zugu!
