Take it 15-20 minutes *after* your biggest meal of the day, with a full glass of water. 2. my room temp in summer is over 80 degrees... do i need tostore in the regrigerator?

BROQ can be stored at over 80 degrees for a month, and it will still deliver at least the amount of sulforaphane shown on the label. (It is manufactured with a higher level than is promised on the label.) If you want to maintain the absolute highest possible concentration of sulforaphane, do keep it in the fridge.
