My hubby picked these up to help him enjoy TV, gaming, and his workplace quietly. I have consulted him thoroughly before writing this. The shape of the earbuds works well for his ears. He says they are really comfortable and not fatiguing to have in his ears for long periods of time. He does prefer earbuds to not have the rubber cap that inserts into the ear, so these are a strange exception for him. He says the battery lasts a really long time between charging sessions. He uses them when we are home at the same time, while I WFH making customer calls in the same environment. It has been a game-changer for our dynamic. He bought a dongle to plug into the Playstation controller, so he uses these headphones even for gaming. He says the sound quality with these is amazing and improves the overall experience for him--like he is in the game.

*Update* Raycon reached out to me and replaced my earbuds even tho the warranty ran out in Dec 2022. That's quality customer service imo. Thank you! A few months after the year warranty was over the left earbud stopped working. Paying over $100 for earbuds to last a year is absolutely laughable. I've purchased cheaper ones at Walmart & passed those to my 13 year old who is rough on electronics and they still work. These are so over priced for the use you get out of them!

Bought these to connect to a Samsung QLED TV with Bluetooth for gaming but could not get them to connect successfully. They would connect for a few seconds but would drop the link immediately. I purchased a separate Bluetooth transmitter which I connected through the optical port on the Samsung. These earbuds do connect to this Bluetooth transmitter hence I can use them with the Samsung. If you do purchase these for gaming on a TV you may need to purchase a separate Bluetooth transmitter if they do not connect to the TVs in-built Bluetooth.

Super clean audio, sleek design and excellent performance make this an amazing and affordable pair of high quality headphones. Battery life is as promised, and the sound is just perfect. I really like the functionality of the headphones too, which allows you to tap or hold them in various ways to do different things to keep you from having to pull out your phone to pause a podcast, adjust volume, or hang up a call. Beats my last pair of bluetooth headphones by a mile, you can't go wrong with these Raycons!

The earbuds are very good quality. When I first got them they fit in my ears well and had very good sound quality. No complaints there. What I did have issues with was how quickly the earbuds stopped working. I got them as a gift at Christmas and by April one of the earbuds basically died. The left earbuds was very quiet and barely audible compared to the right side. I contacted support about getting them replaced and they claimed to not be able to find the original order, so they couldn’t replace them. Kinda bogus for a $100 pair of earbuds. Might as well go with a cheap $20 pair and replace them when they die They have a very good warranty program. I’ve gotten these replaced 5-6 times. Each time the earbuds fall out of balance, or do this thing where they randomly unsync from my phone and then resync after. I would stay away and just get AirPods

These are my second pair of Raycons. I used to have the old 125s. These are an improvement but need a lot of help still. Sound quality is very good, as is call quality both speaker and microphone. Never seem to run out of battery either. What is frustrating with them and why I can't give them five stars is the build quality. Firstly, these never connect on the first try. I have to take a bud out, wait for it to start, go into pairing mode then place back into case and pull it out again. Then it'll connect. And my second gripe is the touch buttons. They don't work. In general, they just don't work. Pausing sucks, answering calls sucks, fast forwarding sucks, it all does. Overall if you're on a budget I guess these are good. Otherwise check out the other Raycons. All that said, I would still buy another pair or Raycons, and I will. I've had several pairs of Beats and for someone with hearing loss like myself, the Raycons out perform when it comes to sound quality every time.

Great product and sound quality only trouble is trying to put on the right earbud cover to keep the left one in my ear.

Great sound quality. Love the different ear size options. Everything is wonderful. Battery life lasting me 4 days so far as I’ve been using about 6 hours a day. Only small complaint is the controls on both pods are very touchy. My hair rubbing on them messes with the volume. If I barely touch them on accident it will stop my music. Other than that all is great. Could just my mine. Or something in the settings to figure out

Long lastning battery, good sound, pleasant to weard, worth the price.

Sound quality is good but the touch controls seem to be overly responsive to sudden changes in temperature. Not suitable for outside as the slightest breeze with start switching track/changing volume/switching off. These are suitable for gaming and NOTHING else. Provided you sit quite still.
