Worked Wonders
So back almost a year ago my I noticed some, what I thought to be as water (hard water/calcium) dripping onto my car in the parking garage. No big deal I thought as I had washed it off before and there was not an issue. Well I left my Mustang parked down in the garage for a few months and when I went to wash it this "mystery substance" would NOT come off on my car. I tried everything, warm water and soap, letting the spots soak, going to car wash. I also took my car into a few detail shops and they were confused as to what it was. I went back down to the parking garage and noticed there was a massive crack in the roof and that when it rained it would go through the cement and then drip onto the exact parking spot where I was leaving my car. So I found one detail shop who could get it off but they wanted $300 dollars to remove it and then wax/polish the car. I avoided doing it because I did not feel like losing my car for a whole day as that is about how long it would take them to do the job and get my GT back to me. Few weeks ago I was doing some research and youtubed how to get cement off car and found a video that was showing this very product. After watching the video I went and bought this right away. As advertised it worked amazing! You will spray the product on the spots effected and after a few minutes you will start to see the cement come off in small clumps. Now depending on how bad the area (the area below my quarter window as shown in the photo) will take multiple sprays and a lot of patience. I had to spray, let it work its magic and then wash the spot with soap and water, and redo over and over as this spot was pretty thick. The other spots that were not as bad (driver side window, rear end of car) only took one spray and then I wiped it off with soap and water. This did NOT damage my paint or case any fading or rough spots. However it is VERY important you do not let this product dry on your car, keep spraying and keeping an eye on it. Wash the product off and reapply the spray. By the time I was done (took about an hour) and I had cleaned the car and it looked brand new! The very next day though (where I dumped out the bucket of soapy water) you could see a lot of dried cement. The drain was caked in the cement that came off my car but that is not a problem of mine so make sure you do not dump this somewhere noticeable. Great product worked perfectly easily a 5 out of 5. The only con was as someone said the bottle did show up with the top not securely sealed and some of it had leaked in the bag and that is exactly what happened to me as well...frustrating that I spent 25 dollars and some had leaked out. However I had enough to get the job done, and some left over incase this happens again or I noticed a spot I had missed.

Mortar ignores it.
No stars. Tried it on Mortar that was dried on my car for less than 48 hours. This spray showed the same mild reaction on surface of the mortar as 30% vinegar... This stuff is just green vinegar. The MSDS information claims no real safety threat, as there is not threat... It's vinegar. Section 3 of MSDS says "Trade Secret"; it's vinegar. Tried it on pure thinset (no bonding agent or latex); same reaction = no reaction. Product videos all show a thick foam coming out of the bottle; in reality the product that you receive is green vinegar and possibly orange oil/scent with no foaming delivery from the spray bottle. Very deceptive advertising and hype. By the reviews, many unfortunate saps fell for the same old "snake oil" deception. And it ain't a cheap mistake.
