These are great. I can what them around my chair at work and do pec/biceps/triceps and lats. I can do squats to failure (cant do no more) by wrapping around a pole or small tree. I even feel my abs kicking in when doing little seated leg extensions. The hardest thing was figuring out how to cover each body area. There is a book (but i cant find where I put it).

This is exactly what I needed in my home gym. I love the combination of bands and straps. I can get a full workout without having to lift major weights. They allow me to have full range of muscle control. They are very sturdy to include the hand straps which I was a little concerned about but after running them through several vigorous work they are holding up quite nicely. I have convinced a few others to purchase this particular product so they can join in my weekly training sessions. The carrier bag could be a little bigger and the retainer bands could be a little thicker. I like to put them back into their original CONFIGURATION after I used them so I dont get them tangled and all over the place. That's my OCD. If they do become stressed and or break I can say I've gotten my money's worth out of them. I am hard on my toys.

I’ve had these for two years. It is a great package deal — pretty much everything you need for a full workout. The bands seem quite durable, though I only use these to supplement my home workouts so I have not put them through serious stress. I noticed they broke for a lot of folks. My one complaint is that the black one oxidized as soon as I took it out of the plastic wrapping. I’m only just now reviewing the product but it has been yellow for these two years. I washed it off but it came right back. The yellow transfers to everything and stains my hands and clothes.

I bought these off a recommendation from my PT and boy have they been a game changer. I use them for all kinds of workouts. Physical therapy, arm resistance, booty resistance and more. Very versatile, lots of difference in resistance and it's so nice they come with hooks too so I can use them on the gym equipment.

Odoland bands provide good resistance and a decent burn when used correctly. They are versatile and can be used anywhere. The handles and door anchor are definitely a plus. They appear to be durable and a good value. My only criticism is in relation to quality control. The purple band had a deep crease and other flaws on the surface and made me question if it would tear. I am hesitant to use it as a result. I emailed Odoland customer service and was unable to obtain a response.
